摘  要:本文对上桥抽水站在汛前试机过程中发生的几起故障进行了分析与处理。针对3号机组比率差动保护动作跳闸及6号机组负序保护动作跳闸故障,通过对微机保护动作时采集的数据进行分析和计算,指出均为接线错误导致,并给出了解决方案;针对6号机组电动机内部打火及1号机组抽真空电磁阀不动作故障,通过分析与排查,指出分别是转子阻尼环压板螺栓松动及电磁阀损坏导致,并给出了解决方案。经处理后重载试机或模拟试机,上述故障均得到排除。Several operation faults encountered in pre-flood commissioning of Shangqiao Pumping Station are analyzed and treated. For the tripping fault of 3# unit due to the ratio differential protection action and the tripping fault of 6# unit due to the negative sequence protection action, analysis of the operation data collected during the protection actions by the microcomputer shows that both faults are caused by wiring errors and solutions are given correspondingly. For the internal sparking fault of the motor in 6# unit and the non-action fault of the vacuum electromagnetic valve in 1# unit, analysis and inspection show that they are caused by the loosening of the bolts for the pressing plate of rotor damping ring and the damage of the electromagnetic valve respectively, and solutions are given correspondingly. After the treatment, the above faults are successfully eliminated in re-load commissioning or simulation tests.
