摘  要:为实现电网安全稳定,通常要求保护用电流互感器在系统最大短路电流下,即使饱和,还能满足10%误差特性要求,仍具有正确的执行能力。10%误差是电流互感器最大允许比值差,也是各类保护装置整定的重要依据。随着我国特高压输电工程的发展,抗暂态特性电流互感器大量应用,此类互感器万伏级工频拐点电势往往难以实测,从而导致10%误差特性现场校核难以开展。以一组TPY级暂态电流互感器励磁特性数据为例,通过分析,列举了运用低频试验法开展高饱和拐点电流互感器10%误差特性的判断方法,有效解决了这一难题,可为类似测量参考。To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, the protective current transformer is usually required to meet the requirement of the 10% error characteristics and still have the correct execution ability even if it is saturated under the maximum short circuit current of the system. The 10% error is the maximum allowable ratio difference of the current transformer, which is also an important basis for the setting of various protection devices. With the development of UHV power transmission projects in China, protective current transformers for transient performance are widely used. It is usually difficult to measure the 10,000 volt power frequency inflection point potential of such transformers, resulting in difficulties in on-site verification of the 10% error characteristics. Taking the excitation characteristic data of a set of TPY level transient current transformers as an example, the judgment methods of the 10% error characteristics of current transformer with high saturation inflection point with low frequency test method is listed and analyzed, which effectively solves the problem. It can be useful reference for similar measurments.
