摘 要:针对电控燃油喷射系统中针阀偶件的耐久性问题,对某型电控喷油器原理进行阐述,分析针阀偶件可能的失效机理。通过建模与仿真,在机理分析的基础上重点对冲击疲劳寿命进行预测分析。通过试验对针阀偶件失效机理及预测寿命的准确性进行验证。试验结果证明耐久性分析模型有效,可为同类部件的耐久性分析提供参考,并为电控喷油器寿命设计优化提供支撑。In view of the durability of the needle valve assembly in the electronic fuel injection system,the principle of a certain type of electronic fuel injector is described,and the possible failure mechanism of the needle valve assembly is analyzed.Through modeling and simulation,the impact fatigue life was mainly predicted and analyzed on the basis of mechanism analysis.The failure mechanism of needle valve assembly and the accuracy of life prediction were verified through tests.The test results show that the durability analysis model is effective,which can provide reference for the durability analysis of similar components,and provide support for the life design optimization of electronically controlled fuel injectors.
