摘 要:通过对电子制冷预浓缩捕集管温度、采样流量、脱水管温度等条件的优化,建立罐采样-电子制冷型冷阱预浓缩/GC-MS同时测定大气中101种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的实验室分析方法。评估优化后的方法性能:101种VOCs组分平均相对响应因子≤14.3%,相关系数>0.995,方法检出限为0.001~0.016 nmol/mol,近90%的组分实际样品加标回收率在76.1%~105%之间,低、中、高浓度测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.1%~20.7%、0.1%~13.3%、0.2%~5.3%,加湿标气测定结果的相对误差在±10%内。用电子制冷型预浓缩和深冷型预浓缩仪分别测定同一批样品,配对样品t检验的结果显示,两种方法测定结果没有显著性差异。By optimizing the temperature of electronic refrigeration preconcentration trap,sampling flow rate and dehydration tube temperature,a laboratory analysis method to monitor the 101 kinds of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in atmosphere was established using a tank sampling and electronic cold trap preconcentration/GC-MS synchronization technology.The optimized method was evaluated and the results showed that:the average relative response factor of the 101 VOCs components were less than 14.3%,the correlation coefficient were bigger than 0.995,the detection limits of the method were 0.001 nmol/mol to 0.016 nmol/mol,for nearly 90%components of the actual sample’s recovery rates were 76.1%-105%,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the low,medium and high concentration measurement were 1.1%-20.7%,0.1%-13.3%,0.2%-5.3%,respectively.The relative errors of the humidification standard gas measurement results were within±10%.The same batch of samples were simultaneously detected by electronically cooled pre-concentration and cryogenic pre-concentration apparatus,and t-test showed no significant difference in the results of the two methods.
