摘  要:该文设计并开发一种针对气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)的无线测温系统,可对GIS设备的外壳温度进行分布式测量。该测温系统基于柔性铜电阻温度传感器,通过将铜电阻沉积于柔性衬底之上并刻蚀实现。测温系统由沿GIS外壳筒壁周向分布的柔性传感器阵列构成,可良好适应GIS圆柱状外壳曲率并实现分布式温度测量。搭建GIS模拟温升平台对柔性温度传感器和测温系统进行表征,测量温度值与传感器阻值的关系,并对低温区域的非线性特性进行补偿,研究传感器测温区域内的温度分布与变化对传感器性能的影响。结果表明,该传感器可在30~150℃的外壳温度变化区间内实现线性输出,灵敏度约为0.19Ω/℃,能够实现GIS设备外壳温度的分布式测温。The design,fabrication,and characterization of a flexible temperature monitoring system is reported in this work.The system is used for monitoring the temperature of the outer surface of the GIS in a distributed manner.The system is composed of flexible temperature sensors,which are fabricated by depositing and patterning copper resistors on a flexible polyimide film.A GIS testbench is implemented to simulate the abnormal temperature rise and to test the flexible temperature sensor.The influence of temperature changes on the resistance of the sensor and the temperature changes in the temperature measurement area of the sensor are studied.The measurement results show that the output of the sensor has a linear relationship with the temperature after a compensation algorithm is applied,in the temperature range between 30℃and 150℃.The measured sensitivity of the temperature sensor is around 0.19Ω/℃.Meanwhile,the sensor can reflect different temperature changes in the temperature measurement area,which means it can achieve effective temperature measurement for the complex temperature distribution of the GIS equipment.
