摘  要:针对微电阻率扫描成像测井仪极板的出厂检测效率低、现场维修人员占用率高等问题,设计基于FPGA的微电阻率扫描成像测井仪极板检测装置。该检测装置提供极板所需的±5 V电源、时钟信号、复位信号和24路正弦电流信号,使用16位模数转换器采集极板输出的电压信号,采用FFT算法分析信号包含的频率点及其对应的幅度,采用频率—幅度双参数评判法评判极板功能是否正常,并通过LED灯指示检测结果。测试表明:该检测装置能准确检测极板24路信号频率和幅度,准确评判极板功能正常与否,并直观指示检测结果,可应用于极板出厂时的高效检测以及仪器损坏时的现场检修。In view of the low efficiency of ex factory inspection and high occupation rate of field maintenance personnel of the micro-conductivity imaging logging tool,an electrode plate detection device of MCI based on FPGA is designed.The detection device provides±5 V power supply,clock signal,reset signal and 24 sinusoidal current signals required by the plate,uses 16 bit analog-to-digital converter to collect the voltage signal output by the plate,uses FFT algorithm to analyze the frequency points contained in the signal and their corresponding amplitude,judges whether the plate function is normal according to the frequency amplitude double parameter evaluation method,and indicates the detection result by LED light.The test results show that the device can accurately detect the frequency and amplitude of 24 channel signals of the plate,correctly judge whether the plate function is normal or not,and intuitively indicate the detection results.It can be applied to the efficient detection of the plate when it leaves the factory and the on-site maintenance when the instrument is damaged.
