摘　　要：儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)已成为儿童社区获得性肺炎的主要组成部分。哮喘作为儿童时期慢性疾病之一,通常以喘息、咳嗽、气短为特点,不仅影响儿童的日常生活,并且随时可能因症状控制不佳危及生命。目前,已有许多研究发现肺炎支原体(MP)感染与哮喘之间存在可能联系,其表明儿童哮喘使MPP的易感性增加,以及MP感染增加了儿童患哮喘的可能,但其中的发病机制仍无明确的结论。因此本文结合国内外文献数据库,主要对MPP与哮喘的相关性进行综述,并对其两者相互转换的机制与疾病治疗进行展望。Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children has become the main component of children’s community-acquired pneumonia.As one of the chronic diseases in childhood,asthma is usually characterized by wheezing,coughing and shortness of breath.It does not only impact children’s daily life,but also may endanger their lives at any time due to poor symptom control.At present,many studies have found that there is a possible correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection and asthma.It indicates that children’s asthma increases the susceptibility of MPP,and MP infection increases the possibility of children’s suffering from asthma.However,there is still no clear conclusion on the pathogenesis.Therefore,combined with domestic and foreign literature databases,the correlation between MPP and asthma is mainly reviewed in this paper,and the mechanism of their mutual conversion and disease treatment is forecasted.
