摘 要:目的观察分析闭环健康教育护理对颈动脉支架植入术后患者自我管理的影响效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在江苏省无锡市人民医院神经内科住院的80例患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和干预组(n=40)。出院前到出院后6个月期间,对照组采取常规护理健康教育,干预组实施闭环健康教育护理干预,6个月后,比较两组患者术后自我管理行为能力及并发症发生率。结果干预组患者的自我管理行为能力评分较干预前明显增长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者日常生活管理量表得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭环健康教育护理能够有效提升颈动脉支架植入术后患者在日常生活、疾病医学和情绪认知方面的自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To observe and analyze the impact effect of closed-loop health education and nursing on patients’self-management after carotid artery stent implantation.Methods A total of 80 patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurology in Wuxi People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the intervention group(n=40)according to the random number table method.During the period from before discharge to 6 months after discharge,the control group was treated with conventional nursing health education,while the intervention group was treated with closed-loop health education and nursing intervention.After 6 months,the ability of postoperative self-management behavior and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The scores of self-management behavior scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those at discharge,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores on daily life management scale in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).And the total incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-loop health education and nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients after carotid artery stent implantation in daily life,disease medicine and emotional cognition,and reduce the incidence of complications.
