中英对照型中药及复方分析统合数据库的建设研究

摘　　要：目的整合常用中药及复方相关专业知识,建立具有中英文双语对照、中药统计分析等功能特点的专业化中药体系数据库,推动中医药文化的国际化。方法以《中华本草》《中华人民共和国药典》等权威书籍为依托,整合中药及复方知识,以“中药基础库界面编辑标准”“中药基础库操作手册”“中药药理补充说明”为数据制作基础进行数据库建设,并对数据库内容准确翻译。结果本数据库共载入中药307味,复方150首,内容涵盖药品产地、性味归经、配伍禁忌、经典名方、现代应用等多个维度,包括两个级别表,以“名称”为主表,以类别、功效、主治、药理作用、临床应用为二级表。“名称”库表涵盖类别、药用部位等16个字段。通过将主库表与二级表相同字段建立超链接,实现各库表数据的交互检索。主要语种为中文和英语。结论通过整理、统合专业知识,结合数据库的前沿技术,使用标准中英文对照形式建立的标准数据库,将中医药信息准确、全面、综合、系统地呈现,助力中医药文化更好地走向世界。Objective To integrate the relevant professional knowledge of common Chinese medicines and compound prescriptions,establish a specialized database of Chinese medicine system featured by bilingual Chinese and English,statistical analysis of Chinese medicines and other functional characteristics,and promote the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture.Methods Relying on the authoritative books such as Chinese Materia Medica and Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China,integrating the knowledge of Chinese medicines and compound prescriptions,the database was constructed on the basis of the data preparation of"interface editing standard of basic TCM library","operation manual of basic TCM library",and“supplementary explanation of TCM pharmacology”,and the contents of the database were accurately translated into English.Results This database contains 307 Chinese medicines and 150 compound prescriptions in total,covering multiple dimensions such as drug origin,nature,flavor and meridian tropism,incompatibility,classic famous prescriptions,and modern application,and including two hierarchy tables with"Name"as the primary table and category,efficacy,indications,pharmacological effects,and clinical application as the secondary table.The"Name"library table covers 16 fields such as category and medicinal part.By adding hyperlinks to the same fields between the primary library table and the secondary table,the interactive retrieval of the data of each library table is realized.The main languages are Chinese and English.Conclusion Through sorting and integrating professional knowledge,combined with the cutting-edge technology of the database,the standardized database established in the standard Chinese and English form can present the TCM information accurately,comprehensively and systematically,thus helping the TCM culture go out better.
