摘 要:为提高多层长极耳的超声波焊接工艺的效率,对超声波滚焊技术进行研究。介绍超声波滚焊的原理、主要参数及调试方法等,提出开合和闭合两种焊接模式。在闭合模式下,当正、负极极耳和滚轮的速度差分别在±0.5 mm/s和±1.0 mm/s内时,70层正极极耳和72层负极极耳不发生撕裂;对比不同冷却系统下的焊头和换能器发热情况,发现出风口分别使用10~12℃和0~4℃的冷却枪,降温效果较好。In order to improve the efficiency of ultrasonic welding process of multi-layer long pole lugs,ultrasonic rolling welding technology was studied.The welding principle,main parameters and debugging methods of ultrasonic roll welding were introduced,two welding modes of opening and closing were proposed.In the closed welding mode,when the speed difference between the positive,negative pole lugs and the roller was within±0.5 mm/s and±1.0 mm/s,respectively,the 70 layers of positive lugs and 72 layers of negative lugs were not torn;the heating situation of welding head and transducer under different cooling systems were compared,it was found that the cooling effect was better when the cooling gun was used at 10-12℃and 0-4℃at the air outlet,respectively.
