摘　　要：我国高度重视数字经济在各行业的融合发展,证券公司数字化转型可以通过创新实践改变其运营模式,提升其经营效率,因此需要高度重视金融科技对证券业发展的积极作用。面对我国证券业存在的信息化建设不完善、金融科技人才缺乏、对数字化转型认识不足以及数字化转型体制机制不健全等问题,提出完善信息技术支撑、加强用户体验、加强企业文化建设、培养复合型金融科技人才、不断建立健全和完善数字化转型机制的对策建议。China attaches great importance to the integrated development of digital economy in various industries. The digital transformation of securities companies can change their operation mode and improve their operating efficiency through innovative practices. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the positive role of financial technology on the development of securities industry.Facing the existing problems such as imperfect information construction, lack of financial technology talents, insufficient understanding of digital transformation and imperfect digital transformation system mechanism in securities industry of China, it is suggested to improve information technology support, strengthen user experience,strengthen enterprise culture, cultivate complex financial technology talents, and constantly establish and perfect digital transformation mechanism.
