摘  要:为探明在孕穗期冷水胁迫下不同耐冷性早粳稻氮磷钾养分的变化规律,选用30份黑龙江省品种(系),在孕穗期平均17℃冷水灌溉20 d的试材为低温处理,按结实率CRI值进行耐冷性分级,研究冷水胁迫下抽穗期植株氮磷钾积累及其与早粳稻耐冷性的关系。结果表明,冷水处理导致所有材料茎、鞘和叶片中氮含量,茎和鞘中磷和钾含量下降,其中冷水胁迫对茎中氮含量影响最大,其次是鞘中氮含量,并且耐冷性弱和极弱的材料茎和鞘中氮、磷和钾含量,叶片中氮含量较耐冷性极强和强的材料更容易受到冷胁迫的影响。冷水胁迫对不同器官氮、磷和钾含量影响不同,其大小顺序为:茎>鞘>叶片。相关分析表明,抽穗期鞘中氮含量与结实率、每穴实粒数、产量的CRI值呈显著正相关;茎中磷含量与产量和千粒重的CRI值呈显著正相关;茎中钾含量与每穴实粒数和产量的CRI值呈显著正相关,可见,鞘中氮含量和茎中磷和钾含量可作为寒地早粳稻孕穗期耐冷性鉴定的辅助指标。The objective of the study was to determine the nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium of early japonica rice at different grade of tolerance to chilling under cold water stress.In this study,nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium responses of plant were investigated using 30 early japonica rice cultivars and advanced lines from Heilongjiang Province under cold water stress at the booting stage.Our results showed that the contents of nitrogen in stem,sheath,and leaf,and the contents of phosphorus and potassium in stem and sheath decreased,and they were affected more sensitively in cultivars 7 and 9 under cold water stress than cultivars 1and 3,and additionally,the nitrogen content of stem had the greatest influence under cold water stress,followed by content of nitrogen in sheath.Cold water stress on the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had the biggest influence in stem,and they were the second one in sheath,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in leaf were the third one.The correlation analysis results showed that the sheath nitrogen content was significantly positively correlated with the CRI of seed-setting rate,filled grain number per cave,and yield of per cave.Such content of stem potassium was also significantly,positively correlated with the CRI of the filled grain number per cave and yield of per cave.Such stem phosphorus content was also significantly,positively correlated with the CRI of the 1000-grain weight and yield of per cave,and the content of stem potassium was also significantly,positively correlated with the CRI of the filled grain number per cave and yield of per cave.And the result showed suggesting that the contents of nitrogen in sheath,phosphorus and potassium in stem can be used as a good indicator for cold tolerance screening of early japonica rice at booting stage.
