基于OSC理念家族财富管理特色人才培养模式探索——以宁波财经学院为例

摘　　要：产教融合是新时代高校提升人才培养能力、人才培养质量的有效路径。基于财会类专业高校传统人才培养问题,运用“OSC”人才培养新理念,即开放合作(Open and Cooperative Paradigm)、资源整合(Strengthen Integrative Resources)和创新培养过程(Create Educational Process),围绕学校高素质应用型人才培养定位,以培养服务区域经济发展需要的家族财富管理特色紧缺人才为导向,产教深度融合[1],构建“四方联动、四环旋进、四维协同”家族财富管理特色人才培养模式。为新经济时代下,高校财会类专业特色建设提供实践及示范价值。The integration of production and education is an effective path for colleges and universities to improve the ability and quality of talent cultivation in the new era.Based on the traditional talent cultivation problems of colleges and universities in finance and accounting,the new concept of“OSC”talent cultivation,namely,Open and Cooperative Paradigm,Strengthen Integrated Resources and Create Educational Process,is applied in talents cultivation mode of family wealth management major.Based on the orientation of high-quality application-oriented talent cultivation in Nnigbo University of Finance and Economics,the concept of OSC is guided by the cultivation of family wealth management talents who serve the needs of regional economic development,to integrate industry and education[1],and construct the“four-way linkage,four-ring spinning,four-dimensional coordination”new mode.It provides practice and demonstration values for the construction of accounting majors in colleges and universities in the new economic era.
