摘  要:全球四分之一人口陷入“水资源极度紧缺”状态,流域水资源分配矛盾日趋严重,美国西南地区的“命脉”——科罗拉多河也难逃厄运。流域水资源的规范供给,已经成为急切需要解决的问题。本文以科罗拉多河2018年供需水量数据为依据,基于层次分析法,提出一种水资源供给方案。层次分析法有机结合了定量与定性,且符合人脑思维方式,在水资源分配领域有一定的指导意义。同时,此流域内的水资源分配方法对建设具有中国特色的现代水资源治理具有良好的借鉴意义。A quarter of the world’s population is suffering from"extreme water scarcity,"and the Colorado River,the lifeblood of the American southwest,is suffering.The standard supply of water resources has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the 2018 water supply and demand data of the Colorado River,this paper proposes a water supply scheme based on analytic hierarchy process.Analytic hierarchy process organically combines quantitative and qualitative,and conforms to the way of thinking of human brain,which has certain guiding significance in the field of water resources allocation.At the same time,the water resources allocation method in this basin has a good reference significance for the construction of modern water resources management with Chinese characteristics.
