温州温瑞平原东片排涝工程方案分析

摘　　要：根据温州温瑞平原东片水系、城镇建设以及防洪要求,建立水力计算模型,分析龙湾二期围区、海城片塘底河防洪治理工程初步规模,经计算多种方案均可改善片区防洪排涝现状,可在后续工程中进一步加强防洪排涝工程研究,为类似工程提供参考。According to the requirements of water system, urban construction and flood control planning in the east of Wenzhou Wenrui plain, a hydraulic calculation model is established to analyze the preliminary scale of Longwan phase II enclosure and Tangdi River flood control project in Haicheng. After calculation, various schemes can improve the current situation of flood control and drainage in the area, which can further strengthen the design of flood control and drainage projects in subsequent projects and provide reference for similar projects.
