摘 要:在加氢裂化反应过程中,通过原料组成和压力调整,考察所产煤油组分的性质,并与3号喷气燃料的燃烧性能标准进行对比,摸索其反应规律及适应性。结果表明,在合适的工艺参数下,通过不同类型和比例的二次加工油掺炼,高压及中压加氢裂化装置产出煤油的烟点可以达到喷气燃料标准要求;低烟点喷气燃料补充精制工艺,可将烟点提至25 mm以上,对产品质量的提升作用明显。In the process of hydrocracking reaction,the properties of kerosene components were investigated through the adjustment of feed composition and/or pressure,and compared with the combustion performance standard of No.3 jet fuel to explore its reaction law and adaptability.The results show that,under the condition of high pressure hydrocracking,the kerosene smoke point can reach the standard under appropriate process parameters;under the condition of medium pressure hydrocracking or hydrotreating,the kerosene smoke point can also meet the standard by optimizing the process parameters;and under the condition of low-pressure jet fuel supplementary refining,the smoke point of low-quality kerosene components can be raised to more than 25 mm.
