摘　　要：灌封工艺技术,能够极大地提高电子产品在恶劣环境下工作的可靠性、防护性及抗震性能。聚氨酯灌封材料可使安装和调试好的电子元件与电路不受振动、腐蚀、潮湿和灰尘等的影响。因而被广泛应用于电信电缆、电子、航天、石油、汽车等各个领域。本文分析了灌封胶料的应用现状、聚氨酯胶料性能特点,并与其他胶料进行了对比分析,提出了聚氨酯胶料的除气泡方法。Encapsulation technology can greatly improve the reliability, protection and seismic performance of electronic products in harsh environment. Polyurethane potting material can make the installed and debugged electronic components and circuits free from vibration, corrosion, moisture and dust. So it is widely used in telecommunication cable, electronics, aerospace, petroleum, automobile and other fields. In this paper, the application status of potting compound and the performance characteristics of polyurethane compound were analyzed, and compared with other compounds, the method of removing bubble in polyurethane compound was put forward.
