面向小农户的农产品电商小企业技术嵌入动态演化机理研究

摘　　要：小企业嵌入农村是巩固脱贫攻坚成果,带动低收入农民走向共同富裕的重要方式。立足技术创新扩散理论视角,调研25家农产品电商小企业,运用扎根理论程序编码方法,归纳出小企业面向小农户技术嵌入的动态演化过程机理。研究发现,面对内外部技术情境变化,小企业依次通过“探索机制、说服机制和规范机制”三重差异化嵌入策略,逐步推动了嵌入地农村“产品迭代、生产重塑、智性超越”,提升了嵌入地小农户“产品底层能力、职业生产能力、市场流通能力”,完成了农村技术嵌入并实现了小农户技术赋能。本文最终建构了一个整合模型,包含“初始嵌入阶段、社群扩散阶段、制度确认阶段”三个演化阶段,阐明了小企业技术嵌入农村并赋能小农户的演化过程机理,贡献于以小企业为主体的乡村产业振兴研究,以及低收入群体能力提升的管理实践。Based on first-hand interviews with 25 small agricultural e-commerce enterprises,this paper uses rooting theory procedure coding method to summarize the dynamic evolutionary process mechanism of small enterprises’technology embedding for small farm households.The study finds that,in face of internal and external changes,small enterprises promoted“product iteration,production reshaping,and intellectual transcendence”in the embedded rural areas through the triple differentiated embedding strategies of“exploration mechanism,persuasion mechanism,and regulation mechanism”.This paper finally constructs an integration model,which includes three evolutionary stages:initial embedding stage,community diffusion stage,and institutional confirmation stage.
