摘　　要：从病因病机、证候表现、治则治法、方剂和加减变化等方面介绍葛金文教授对新冠病毒奥密克戎感染的学术观点及临证经验。葛教授认为新冠病毒奥密克戎感染属于中医学疫病范畴,病名为“寒疫”,病因以寒性疫毒为主,兼有风、燥之性;病机及证候表现以外感寒邪六经传变特征为主;治疗当基于伤寒六经理法,观其脉证,随证治之;通过典型病案分析体现基本方剂的灵活运用,处方精巧,疗效显著,可为新冠病毒感染的治疗提供可借鉴的方法与思路。Professor Ge Jinwen’s academic views and clinical experience on COVID-19 Omicron infection are introduced in the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes,treatment methods,prescriptions,addition and subtraction,etc.Prof.Ge believed that COVID-19 Omicron infection belongs to the category of cold epidemic infectiousdisease,named“Hanyi”(epidemic cold plague)in Chinese medicine,and the etiology is mainly cold epidemic virus,combined with characteristics of wind and dryness.The pathogenesis and syndromes of the disease are mainly characterized by the six channels transmitted by cold evil,and the treatment should be based on the six manager method of typhoid fever,observe its pulse syndromes,and follow the treatment of the disease.And the flexible application of the basic prescriptions,ingenious prescription and remarkable curative effect were reflected through the analysis of typical cases,in order to provide reference methods and ideas for the treatment of COVID-19 infection.
