摘 要:介绍了现有的各种盐酸解吸技术,总结分析了盐酸解吸技术路线的优缺点,针对现有盐酸解吸技术存在的共性问题,提出了一种新的盐酸解吸工艺方法——加碱法盐酸全解吸工艺技术。该技术通过合理的工艺路线优化和设备结构改进有效地解决了塔底采出酸浓度高、氯化氢损耗高、排放废水含酸量高、氯化钙中毒、氯化钙结晶堵塞、系统中硫酸根和汞等杂质富集、系统能耗高等一系列问题。Various existing hydrochloric acid desorption technologies were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were summarized and analyzed.Aiming at the common problems existing in the existing hydrochloric acid desorption technologies,a new was proposed,ie alkali addition hydrochloric acid total desorption process.Through reasonable process route optimization and equipment structure improvement,a series of problems had been effectively solved,such as high concen--tration of acid produced at the bottom of the tower,high loss of hydrogen chloride,high acid content of discharged wastewater,calcium chloride poisoning,calcium chloride crystal blockage,concentration of impurities such as sulfate and mercury in the system,and high energy consumption.
