摘  要:中晚唐时期,教坊四部乐之一的胡部,实即西凉乐。其渊源主要为龟兹乐,后经南北朝时期的不断中国化,与以鼓乐为主的龟兹乐拉开了距离,逐渐形成了以管弦为主的演奏风格,并在太常、教坊皆有演奏。在太常演出者,自开元时起,因与道调、法曲合奏,三者逐渐融合,隶属“法曲部”;在教坊演出者,以西凉乐、大曲新声为主,名“胡部”。Throughout the middle and late Tang dynasty,hubu(胡部),or Western Liang music,was one of the four kinds of music to be found at the jiaofang(教坊).Its origins mainly stem from Qiuci music(Qiuci yue龟兹乐).Following a continuous process of sinicization during the Southern and Northern Dynasties,Western Liang music distanced itself from the drum-based Qiuci music and gradually turned an orchestra-based performance style,performed by both the Ministry of Ceremonies and the jiaofang.Since the Kaiyuan period,performers of the Ministry of Ceremonies developed the habit of performing hubu together with daodiao(道调)and faqu(法曲),in musical ensembles,thus merging these three kinds of music,and ended up belonging to the Faqu Department(faqu bu法曲部).Jiaofang performers did mainly play Xiliang music and daqu(大曲),which were newer musical modes commonly designated as hubu.
