摘  要:以DMF浓度为5 wt%~40 wt%的废液为研究对象,利用Aspen Plus软件,对双效精馏、三效精馏、热泵精馏和萃取+精馏4种工艺路线的吨产品蒸汽消耗(SPP)做了模拟计算和对比。结果表明,当DMF浓度在24 wt%以下时,SPP由小到大依次是热泵精馏、萃取+精馏、三效精馏、双效精馏;当DMF浓度在24 wt%~33 wt%之间时,SPP由小到大依次是萃取+精馏、热泵精馏、三效精馏、双效精馏;当DMF浓度在33 wt%~40 wt%之间时,各工艺的SPP都很接近,差别已不明显。本文还对比了仅考虑蒸汽消耗和压缩机电耗费用在内的吨产品操作费用,结果类似。Taking the waste liquid with DMF concentration of 5%~40%(wt.) as the research object, the steam consumption per ton product(SPP) in four process routes of double-effect distillation, three-effect distillation, heat pump distillation and extraction + distillation was simulated and compared by using Aspen Plus. The results show that when DMF concentration is below 24 wt%, the order of SPP from small to large is heat pump distillation, extraction+distillation, three-effect distillation and double-effect distillation;when the DMF concentration is between 24%~33%(wt.), the SPP from small to large is extraction+distillation, heat pump distillation, three-effect distillation, double-effect distillation;when the DMF concentration is between33%~40%(wt.), the SPP of each process is very close, and the difference is not obvious. The paper also compares the operation cost of per ton product considering only steam consumption and compressor power consumption, and the results are similar.
