摘  要:菊花是我国常见的一种花卉,也是著名的药食同源植物,在我国分布较广。中国茶用菊花品种以老品种为主,鲜食菊花品种很多依赖进口,功能菊花的应用包括菊花茶等都属于初步产品,应对此进行进一步的研究。本文对菊花的抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、扩张血管等功效以及菊花茶、菊花酒、菊花饮料等加工产品进行了介绍,以期为菊花相关产业的开发提供理论参考。Chrysanthemum is a common flower in China, and also a famous medicinal and edible homologous plant.It is widely distributed in China. China’s tea chrysanthemum varieties are mainly old ones, and many fresh chrysanthemum varieties also rely on imports. The application of functional chrysanthemum, including chrysanthemum tea, is a preliminary product, which should be further studied. This article introduced the anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, vasodilative and other effects of chrysanthemum, as well as the processed products of chrysanthemum tea, chrysanthemum wine, chrysanthemum beverage, etc., to provide theoretical reference for the development of chrysanthemum-related industries.
