摘  要:试验旨在研究鱼腥草对加州鲈生长、抗氧化的影响及其缓解高温应激作用。选取健康、初始体重为(24.73±1.15)g加州鲈80尾,随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复5尾。对照组饲喂正常饲料,试验组饲喂添加2%鱼腥草饲料,常温下(室温,24~30℃)饲养50 d。之后每缸2尾每组16尾进行10 h高温应激(38℃)。结果表明:添加2%的鱼腥草对加州鲈增重率(WGR)和成活率(SR)没有显著影响(P>0.05),对鱼体水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分和粗脂肪含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。鱼腥草对血清LDH有显著影响(P<0.05),温度和鱼腥草对肝胰腺GOT活性均显著影响(P<0.05)。独立性t检验表明,未添加鱼腥草高温应激后血清SOD、MDA活性显著降低(P<0.05),添加鱼腥草后血清SOD、GOT活性显著升高(P<0.05),常温下,添加鱼腥草后血清MDA活性显著降低(P<0.05)。未添加鱼腥草高温应激后肝胰腺SOD活性显著降低(P<0.05),添加鱼腥草高温应激后肝胰腺GPT活性显著降低(P<0.05),其余各组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加2%鱼腥草对加州鲈生长性能和鱼体组成没有影响;但从SOD、MDA和GPT酶活性可以看出,添加2%鱼腥草能够缓解加州鲈鱼体热应激反应。This study aimed to investigate the effect of Houttuynia cordata on growth performance and antioxidation of Micropterus salmoides and its effect on alleviating high temperature stress.Eighty healthy M. salmoides with an initial weight of(24.73±1.15) g were selected and randomly divided into two groups with eight replicates and five fish per replicate. The control group was fed with normal diet, and the experimental group was fed with 2% Houttuynia cordata at room temperature(24-30 ℃) for 50 d. Then 2 tails per tank and 10 tails per group were taken to high-temperature stress(38 ℃) for 10 h. The results showed that the addition of 2% Houttuynia cordata did not affect the weight gain rate(WGR) and survival rate(SR) of M. salmoides(P>0.05), and had no significant effect on the moisture, crude protein, crude ash, and crude fat content of the fish(P>0.05). Houttuynia cordata had a significant effect on serum LDH(P<0.05), and both temperature and Houttuynia cordata had a significant effect on hepatopancreas GOT activity(P<0.05). In the independent t-test, serum SOD and MDA activities were significantly reduced(P<0.05) after high-temperature stress without the addition of fishy grass, Serum SOD and GOT activities were significantly increased(P<0.05) after the addition of fishy grass, and serum MDA activities were significantly reduced(P<0.05) after the addition of fishy grass at room temperature. The hepatopancreas SOD activity was significantly decreased(P<0.05) after high-temperature stress without the addition of fishy grass, and the hepatopancreas GPT activity was significantly decreased(P<0.05) after high-temperature stress with the addition of fishy grass, but there were no significant differences in the rest of the groups(P>0.05). It can be seen that the addition of 2% Houttuynia cordata to the feed had no effect on the growth performance and fish composition of M. salmoides;It could alleviate heat stress to a certain extent.
