摘 要:为探究褐藻寡糖及其锌络合物对暗纹东方鲀的生长、血清免疫相关酶活性、消化酶活性及肠道菌群的影响,实验以暗纹东方鲀为研究对象,在饲料中分别添加0.23%褐藻寡糖、0.23%褐藻寡糖锌,挑选270尾规格均一、体表无伤的河豚,随机分3组,每组3个平行养殖桶,每桶30尾,分别投喂无寡糖的饲料、含0.23%褐藻寡糖的饲料、含0.23%褐藻寡糖锌的饲料,完成8周饲养实验。结果显示:褐藻寡糖对暗纹东方鲀起到促生长作用但不显著(P>0.05);相比于对照组,褐藻寡糖组、褐藻寡糖锌组暗纹东方鲀血清溶菌酶活性分别提高201.761、51.235 U/mL,且存在显著差异(P<0.05);褐藻寡糖、褐藻寡糖锌均提高暗纹东方鲀肠道中的胃蛋白酶和纤维素酶活性,褐藻寡糖提高了α-淀粉酶活性,均无差异显著性(P>0.05)。饲料中添加褐藻寡糖、褐藻寡糖锌可提高暗纹东方鲀血清溶菌酶活性、肠道消化能力,同时维持暗纹东方鲀肠道的细菌多样性方面起到积极的作用。To explore the effect of alginate oligosaccharides and its zinc complex on the growth, serum immune related enzyme activity, digestive enzyme activity and intestinal flora on Takifugu Obscurus, the experiment was based on the Takifugu Obscurus as the research object, and 0.23% alginate oligosaccharides and 0.23% alginate oligosaccharides-zinc complexc were added to the feed. A total of 270 Takifugu Obscurus of the same size were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 parallel breeding barrels,30 fish per barrel. Three groups of fish were fed three diets, ligosaccharide-free feed, 0.23% alginate oligosaccharides-containing feed, and alginate oligosaccharides-zinc complex-containing feed. The 8-week feeding experiment has been completed. The results showed that alginate oligosaccharides played a growth effect on Takifugu Obscurus, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Compared with the control group, alginate oligosaccharides and its zinc complex added to feed improved the lysozyme viability of serum increased by 201.761 and 51.235 U/mL with a significant difference(P<0.05). Both alginate oligosaccharides and its zinc complex improved the pepsin and cellulase activity in the gut, alginate oligosaccharides improved the amylase activity, there were no significant differences(P>0.05). The addition of Alginate oligosaccharide improves the lysozyme activity of the fish and maintained the bacterial diversity of the gut.
