摘  要:传统颗粒茶成形需经过速包机—包揉机—松包机交替、反复作业,方可成形。存在劳动强度高、效率低,难以大规模连续化生产等问题。根据颗粒茶的传统制作工艺,模拟手工制茶的反复压揉成形原理,研制了颗粒茶成形设备;采用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制系统,完成自动进出料、自动加压成形,实现颗粒茶自动连续成形。试验结果表明,研制的颗粒茶成形设备日产量提高了316%,生产效率是对照组设备的12.5倍,节省了劳动力,即本颗粒茶成形设备效能优于传统速包—包揉—松包成形方式;同时所制茶叶在品质检验结果上相差较小,茶叶颗粒更饱满、紧结。Traditional pellet tea forming goes through the alternate and repeated operation of wrapping and kneading machine-speed wrapping machine-loose wrapping machine before forming. The process requires intense labour, but features low efficiency and difficulty in large-scale continuous production. To solve the problems, a pellet tea forming device was developed, following the traditional production process of pellet tea and simulating the repeated pressing and kneading of hand-made tea. Adopting a PLC(programmable logic controller) control system, the device conducted automatic feeding, automatic pressure forming and automatic continuous forming of pellet tea. The test results showed that the daily output of the developed pellet tea forming device increased by 316%, and the production efficiency was 12.5 times that of the control group. The new device saved labour with higher efficiency than that of the traditional method of speed speed wrapping-wrapping and kneading-loose wrapping;it also produced smaller difference in quality, bringing fuller and tighter tea pellets.
