期刊评价影响下的工程技术类期刊发展问题及对策

摘　　要：从期刊评价影响下的工程技术类期刊发展困境出发,提出工程技术类期刊发展对策。期刊评价体系亟待修正,应增加多元化、公开化、公众化的分类评价机制,注重评价工程技术类期刊在响应国家重大需求、推动行业创新等方面的实质贡献。期刊行政管理部门应协同期刊出版学术组织和学科学会共同做好期刊分层集群统筹管理,帮助期刊找准定位,走特色办刊道路。工程技术类期刊只有在充分理解自身角色与功能的前提下,才能有效整合资源,突出期刊发展重点,打造精品期刊,持续为工程技术领域服务。Starting from the development dilemma of engineering technology journals under the influence of journal evaluation,the development countermeasures of engineering technology journals is proposed.The journal evaluation system needs to be revised urgently,a classified and pluralistic evaluation mechanism should be fused.Attention should be paid to the evaluation of the substantial contribution of engineering and technical journals in responding to major national needs and pro.moting industry innovation.Periodical administrative departments should cooperate with journal publishing academic organizations and academic societies,make an effort to hierarchical cluster management,help journals find their characteristics,take the road of special publications.Only on the premise of fully understanding their own roles and functions can engineering technology journals effectively integrate resources,highlight the key points of journal development,create high-quality journals,and continue to serve engineering technology field.
