人民检察院对成渝金融法院实施法律监督的难点与对策

摘　　要：随着司法体制改革深入发展,以成渝金融法院为代表的专业化、跨省级区域新型专门法院的设立和发展将会成为新的改革方向。检察机关作为国家的法律监督机关,对成渝金融法院的监督可能存在思维转变难度大、缺乏专业化机构、职权内容和工作定位不明确的难点,应从转变思维、监督机构设置专业化、工作内容专业和全面相结合的方向,探索对以成渝金融法院为代表的跨区域新型法院及时和有效的监督方式。With the in-depth development of judicial system reform,the establishment and development of new specialized courts represented by Cheng Yu Financial Court will become the new direction of reform.As the national legal supervision organ,the procuratorial organ may have difficulties in the supervision of Cheng Tu Financial Court,such as difficulty in thinking change,lack of specialized institutions,unclear functions and job orientation.It should change its thinking,set up professional supervisory organs,combine professional and comprehensive work contents to explore a timely and effective way to supervise the new trans-regional courts represented by Cheng Yu Financial Court.
