摘　　要：2013年住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)制度建立以来,经过9年建设发展,政策体系成功构建,培训体系基本建成,监管体系有效运转,保障条件逐步改善。在巩固和完善制度建设,全面推进质量建设的关键时期,该文以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,运用二十大精神,思考并回答了住培实践面临的重大问题。明确提出要通过落实制度、提升质量、加强监管、改善条件、深化研究,推动住培制度建设与质量建设再上新台阶。Since the establishment of standardized residency training in 2013,the policy system has been successfully constructed,the training system has been basically completed,the regulation system has been effectively operated and the guarantee conditions have been gradually improved over nine years of construction and development.In the critical period of consolidating and improving system construction and comprehensively promoting quality construction,this paper,under the guide of The Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirits of 20th National Congress,ponders and answers the critical questions that residency training are facing.And it proposes that promoting system and quality construction of residency training to a higher level by implementing system,improving quality,strengthening supervision,bettering conditions and deepening research.
