摘 要:针对车载充电器后级DC/DC变换器,采用CLLC谐振变换器作为主电路拓扑,通过对变压器的磁芯尺寸进行自定义设计,实现用变压器漏感代替变换器谐振电感。为了减小变压器高度、提高功率密度,进一步对初步设计的变压器结构进行了优化,给出了磁芯优化改进的约束条件。最后通过有限元仿真以及样机实验验证了变压器设计理论的正确性和结构改进的合理性。The CLLC resonant converter is used as the main circuit topology for the DC/DC converter of the rear stage of on-board charger.Through the customized design of the magnetic core size of the transformer,the resonant inductance of the converter is replaced by the leakage inductance of the transformer.In order to reduce the height of the transformer and increase the power density,the transformer structure of the preliminary design is further optimized,and the constraint conditions for the optimization and improvement of the magnetic core are given.Finally,the correctness of transformer design theory and the rationality of structure improvement are verified by finite element simulation and prototype experiment.
