摘  要:基于非对称集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)的脉宽调制(PWM)整流器具有可靠性高、导通损耗小和易于实现有功与无功解耦控制的优点,是高压输电线路直流融冰的新选择。针对非对称IGCT的PWM整流器,根据不同状态的换流阀承受电压,建立了整流器的等值分析电路。基于等值分析电路,开展了换流阀的换流分析,研究了存在的过电流关断电压峰值。在此基础上,提出了换流阀的参数设计方法,研制了基于IGCT的换流阀,搭建了过电流关断试验和串联均压试验的试验平台,开展了物理试验研究,结果表明,所设计的参数满足IGCT安全工作要求,而且具有良好的动态和静态均压效果。The asymmetric intergrated gate commutated thyristors(IGCT) based pulse width modulation(PWM) rectifier has the advantages of high reliability,low conduction loss,easy to realize active and reactive power decoupling control.It is a new choice for DC deicing of high voltage transmission lines.For the IGCT based PWM rectifier,the voltage characteristics of the valve block in different states is analyzes,and then its equivalent analysis circuit is established.Based on the equivalent circuit,the current commutation analysis is carried out and the voltage peak in different overcurrent turn-off state is analyzed.On the basis,the parameter design method of the IGCT valve is put forward,the IGCT valve is developed and the experimental platform for over-current experiment and voltage balancing experiment is built and the physical experimental research is carried out.The results show that the designed parameters meet the IGCT’s safety requirements and the valve block has good dynamic and static voltage balance effects.
