摘 要:柔性直流输电是构建坚强智能电网的重要组成部分,其阀基控制设备(VBC)的运行可靠性至关重要。这里提出了一种基于双现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)冗余配置的VBC光触发回报板的设计方案,实现了除收发光头之外的硬件完全冗余;研究了双FPGA之间的数据交互方式,提出了双FPGA冗余切换方法,并详细讨论了主从切换逻辑和切换时序,实现了A,B系统的无缝衔接;搭建了基于RTLAB的VBC测试平台,验证了该设计方案的正确性,并已成功应用于“白鹤滩-江苏”直流输电工程。Flexible direct current transmission is an important part of building a strong smart grid,and is also very important to reliable operation of the valve-base controller(VBC).Firstly,a design scheme of optical trigger report board is proposed,based on dual field programmable gate array(FPGA) redundant configuration.And this scheme realizes complete hardware redundancy except for receive and transmit optical modules.Secondly,the data interaction method between dual FPGA is studied.The dual FPGA redundant switching method is proposed,and the master-slave switching logic and switching sequence are discussed in detail to realize the seamless connection of A and B systems.Finally,a test platform for VBC based on RTLAB is built to verify the design scheme.lt is correct and has been successfully applied to "Baihetan-Jiangsu" direct current transmission project.
