摘  要:计算机的开关电源需要使用共模电感来抑制共模的电磁干扰,同时需要考虑对差模的电磁干扰抑制,为了获得良好的干扰抑制效果,需要设置两级或两级以上滤波电路,这必然带来开关电源电路成本,降低电源的功率密度。提出一种采用纳米非晶跑道形磁芯共差模电感器,以常用500 W PC电源,只用一级共模滤波器就能满足电磁兼容(EMC)要求。The switching power supply of the computer needs to use the common mode inductor to suppress the electromagnetic interference of the common mode.At the same time,it is need to consider the electromagnetic interference suppression of the differential mode,in order to obtain a good interference suppression effect,two or more levels of filter circuit is needed to set up,which inevitably bring cost of switch power supply circuit,reduce the power density of power supply.A common differential mode inductor using nano-amorp hous racetrack shape magnetic core is proposed,taking a common 500 W PC power supply as an example,only one-level common mode filter can meet the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) requirements.
