摘  要:建立了一种改进Bertotti损耗计算模型,在20 kHz宽频率范围内对几种典型的高频铁心材料开展磁化与损耗特性测量,并将测量值与模型预测值进行对比,结果表明改进计算模型对几种典型高频变压器铁心均有较好的适用性,频率适应性也更好,均使计算与测量误差降到5%以内。最后使用有限元软件对非晶高频变压器铁心进行损耗计算,分别用经典Bertotti模型和改进的Bertotti模型计算不同工作频率时铁心损耗,并将计算结果与测量结果进行对比,结果显示不同频率下改进模型的计算值均与测量值更接近,表明此处改进的高频铁心损耗计算模型提高了损耗的计算精度和频率适应性。An improved Bertotti loss calculation model is developed.The magnetization and loss characteristics of several typical high-frequency core materials are measured in a wide frequency range of 20 kHz,and the measured values are compared with the predicted values of the model.The results show that the improved calculation model has good applicability to several typical high-frequency transformer cores and better frequency adaptability,and the calculation and measurement errors are reduced to less than 5%.Finally,the finite element software is used to calculate the loss of amorphous high-frequency transformer core.The core loss is calculated by the classical Bertotti model and the improved Bertotti model at different operating frequencies and the calculated results are compared with the loss measurements,which show that the calculated values of the improved model are closer to the measured values at different frequencies,indicating that the improved high-frequency core loss calculation model improve the calculation accuracy and frequency adaptability of the loss.
