摘  要:柔直换流阀是柔性直流输电系统的核心设备,其绝缘性能直接关系到电力系统的安全稳定运行。以舟山五端柔直输电示范工程中在运的±200 kV柔直换流阀为研究对象,搭建了换流阀的三维有限元仿真模型,详细计算分析了在绝缘试验中对阀塔绝缘性能要求最为严苛的阀支架雷电冲击试验条件下,屏蔽系统、子模块和绝缘子等不同结构表面的电场分布情况。结果表明:换流阀各结构外表面的电场强度均在起晕场强控制值3 kV/mm以内,满足国际标准中规定的换流阀绝缘设计要求。最后,通过试验验证了仿真结果的准确性。该研究能够为±200 kV柔直换流阀的绝缘设计提供参考。As the core equipment of flexible direct current converter valve based flexible direct current transmission system,the insulation performance of the flexible direct current converter valve is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the power system.Based on the±200 kV flexible direct current converter valve of Zhoushan five-terminals flexible direct current transmission project,a 3D finite element model of converter valve is established.Electrical field distribution on different structural surfaces like shielding systems,sub-modules and insulators under the valve support lightning impulse test which is the most stringent requirement for insulation test in the electrical testing is calculated in detail.The results show that the electric field strength on the different structure surfaces of the converter valve are within the corona field strength control value of 3 kV/mm which meets the requirements of the converter valve insulation design specified in the international standards.Finally,the accuracy of the results are verified by test.This study can provide a reference for the insulation design of±200 kV flexible direct current converter valve.
