摘  要:变频装置作为一种应用广泛的电气系统装置,其主要由非线性半导体开关器件组成,易产生振幅小的基波和大量不希望产生的谐波,增加输电线路电能损耗、降低设备寿命及造成不必要的损失。针对变频器的三次谐波,采用了一种在电压正弦信号中注入三次谐波补偿的方法,控制装置中的开关器件通断,实现对输出波形的优化。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了此方法能有效提高输出波形的质量,提高电压利用率,最后通过现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)对该方法进行程序设计并实现。Frequency conversion device as a widely used electrical system device which mainly composed of nonlinear semiconductor switching devices,it can produce small amplitude fundamental wave and a large number of unwanted harmonics easily,increase power loss of transmission lines and reduce equipment life and cause unnecessary losses.Aiming at the third harmonic of frequency converter,a method of compensating the third harmonic in voltage sinusoidal signal is used to control the switching device on and off in control equipment and realize the optimization of the output waveform.Matlab/Simulink simulation verifies that this method can effectively improve the quality of the output waveform and improve the voltage utilization rate.Finally,the program design and implementation of this method is carried out by field programmable gate array(FPGA).
