摘 要:通过数学模型分析了基于非均功分双路射频(RF)-DC宽动态整流技术机理。将输入功率按照2:1的比例分配至两个不同的整流支路。其中高功率支路采用HSMS286C二极管并采用倍压整流结构,输入功率从11 dBm至22 dBm共11 dBm动态范围内效率大于50%,低功率支路采用单个HSMS2860二极管串联结构,输入功率从4 dBm至13 dBm共9 dBm动态范围内效率大于50%。设计并实现了2:1双路整流电路,输入功率从8 dBm至22 dBm共14 dBm动态范围其整流效率均大于50%,相比于高功率支路展宽了3 dBm,相比于低功率支路其动态范围展宽了5 dBm。实测数据与仿真数据吻合,说明该技术具有可行性。The technology principle of wide dynamic radio frequency(RF)-DC rectifier based on unequal spliter through mathematical model is analyzed.Then the input port power of the rectifier circuit is divided into two different rectifier branches in a ratio of 2:1.The high-power rectifier adopts HSMS286C diode and voltage doubling rectifier structure,the efficiency is greater than 50% in the dynamic range of 11 dBm with input power from 11 dBm to 22 dBm.The low power rectifier adopts a single HSMS2860 diode series structure,the efficiency is greater than 50% in the dynamic range of 9 dBm with input power from 4 dBm to 13 dBm.The 2:1 dual-channel wide dynamic rectifier circuit is designed and implemented and its rectification efficiency is greater than 50% in the dynamic range of input power of 14 dBm from 8 dBm to 22 dBm.Compared with the high power branch,its dynamic range is expanded by 3 dBm and compared with the low power branch,its dynamic range is expanded by 5 dBm.The measured data are consistent with the simulation data,which shows that the technology is feasible.
