摘 要:有源中点箝位型(ANPC)五电平逆变器相比于三电平逆变器在电压等级和转换效率上有突出优势,得到了广泛研究与应用。针对ANPC五电平逆变器中悬浮电容电压由采样延迟引起波动较大的问题,提出了一种延迟补偿的悬浮电容电压控制方法。首先分析了悬浮电容电压在采样延迟影响下波动较大的原因,针对采样延迟导致悬浮电容电压采样不准确的问题,利用上一时刻悬浮电容电压的控制状态,对当前时刻的悬浮电容采样电压进行补偿,从而得到当前时刻悬浮电容真实电压,进而实现对悬浮电容的精确控制。最后通过实验对所提悬浮电容电压的延迟补偿控制方法进行了验证,实验结果证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。Active neutral-point-clamped(ANPC)five-level inverters have outstanding advantages over three-level inverters in terms of voltage level and conversion efficiency and have been widely studied and applied.A delay compensation method is proposed to control the flying capacitor voltage in ANPC five-level inverters due to the large fluctuations caused by the sampling delay.Firstly,the causes of the fluctuation of the flying capacitor voltage under the influence of sampling delay are analyzed,and the problem of inaccurate sampling of the flying capacitor voltage due to sampling delay is addressed by using the control state of the flying capacitor voltage at the previous moment to compensate for the sampling voltage of the flying capacitor at the current moment,so as to obtain the real voltage of the flying capacitor at the current moment and thus realize the accurate control of the flying capacitor.Finally,the proposed delay compensation control method of the flying capacitor voltage is verified through experiments,and the experimental results prove the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
