摘  要:为确保±800 kV柔性直流换流阀及时启动与持续稳定运行,要求其子模块在出现旁路开关拒动和“黑模块”等严重故障时,应能够可靠长期旁路或呈现可靠长期短路状态。分析了混合型模块化多电平换流器(FHMMC)子模块各级电压保护定值,提出了多重过压检测、多级旁路触发的子模块旁路保护方案,研制出配合IGBT等器件转折电压控制在200 V带宽范围内精准击穿的旁路晶闸管,对IEGT及外置二极管通过过压自击穿旁路以实现长期通流。通过子模块过压晶闸管旁路等试验验证了不同电流下旁路晶闸管击穿电压在设计范围内并投入工程应用。In order to ensure the timely start and continuous and stable operation of ±800 kV full half bridge modular multilevel converter(FHMMC),its sub-module is required to be able to bypass reliably for a long time or present a reliable long-term short-circuit state in case of serious faults such as bypass switch failure and black module.The voltage protection setting of each level of sub-module in FHMMC is analyzed,the sub-module bypass protection scheme of multiple overvoltage detection and multi-level bypass trigger are put forward,and a bypass thyristor is developed which can accurately breakdown within the 200 V bandwidth with the turning voltage control of IGBT and other devices.The IEGT and external diodes can realize longterm current through overvoltage self-breakdown bypass.Through the tests of thyristor bypass when sub-module overvoltage,it is verified that the breakdown voltage of bypass thyristor under different currents is within the design range and put into engineering application.
