摘  要:E类功放和E类整流器适用于中远距离和多设备无线充电系统,但是其工作效率与负载阻抗密切相关,负载动态变化时将导致系统效率急剧下降。这里设计了一种新型的阻抗匹配方法,首先利用史密斯圆图分析E类功放高效率工作的负载范围,然后设计L-π型阻抗匹配网络将实际的负载阻抗转移到高效工作区,实现了宽负载范围内无线电能传输(WPT)系统整体的高效工作。为了验证该阻抗匹配方法的正确性,搭建了一套6.78 MHz的WPT系统样机。实验结果表明,具有L-π阻抗匹配网络的WPT系统在不同传输距离和不同负载条件下均能实现高效率的WPT。Class-E power amplifier and class-E rectifier have great advantage in the application of medium-range distance and multi-device wireless charging systems,but their work efficiency is related to the load impedance,resulting in a sharp decline in system efficiency when load changes dynamically.A novel impedance matching method is presented.First,Smith chart is used to analyze the high-efficiency load region of class-E power amplifier.Then,using the L-πimpedance matching network,the actual load impedance is transferred to high-efficiency working region,achieving the high-efficiency work of the wireless power transfer(WPT)system as a whole over a wide load range.At last,a6.78 MHz WPT system prototype is built to verify the impedance matching method.Experimental results demonstrate that the designed system with L-πimpedance matching network can achieve high-efficiency WPT over a wide range of transfer distances and loads.
