摘 要:无变压器光伏系统和公共电网间往往存在很大的杂散电容,随着系统共模电压的波动,其会导致高漏电流的问题,同时光伏逆变器往往要求能够抵御来自电网的谐波电流干扰。针对这些问题,提出了一种偶次谐波重复控制的双降压光伏逆变器设计方案,通过使用双降压逆变拓扑有效降低无变压器光伏系统的杂散电容漏电流问题,并引入具有偶次谐波补偿的重复控制器与PI控制器并联进行综合控制,其可以实现逆变器输出电流的低畸变率,且拥有较好的系统稳定性和较快的动态响应性能。最后通过样机实验验证了其对漏电流和谐波分量的抑制效果。实验结果表明,所提光伏逆变器方案可以实现低漏电流、高稳定性和良好的谐波抑制效果。There is often a large stray capacitance between the transformer free photovoltaic system and the public power grid.With the fluctuation of the system common mode voltage,it will lead to the problem of high leakage current.At the same time,the photovoltaic inverter is often required to resist the harmonic current interference from the power grid.To solve these problems,a double step-down photovoltaic inverter design scheme is proposed with even harmonic repetitive control.By using the double step-down inverter topology,the stray capacitance leakage current of the transformer free photovoltaic system is effectively reduced and the even harmonic repetitive controller is connected in parallel based on the PI controller which can realize the low distortion rate of the output current of the inverter and has good system stability and fast dynamic response performance.Finally,the prototype experiment verifies its suppression effect on leakage current and harmonic component.The experimental results show that the proposed photovoltaic inverter scheme can achieve low leakage current,high stability and good harmonic suppression effect.
