摘 要:混沌扩频技术在降低开关噪声方面有着广泛的应用,但目前还没有将混沌扩频应用于有源箝位反激(ACF)变换器的噪声抑制研究。此处基于ACF变换器的共模干扰电路模型,分析共模传导干扰产生的原因。根据蔡氏系统设计混沌电路,仿真和电路实验结果验证设计参数的准确性。在ACF变换器上进行电源稳定性测试以及共模传导电磁干扰(EMI)测试。实验结果表明,使用混沌扩频调制的方法,驱动脉宽调制(PWM)信号在频谱上连续,从而降低在开关频率及其倍频处的频谱峰值。利用线性阻抗稳定网络(LISN)得到共模噪声,分别对比定频、混沌扩频工况下的传导干扰测试曲线,可知混沌扩频可有效地抑制共模传导EMI。The chaotic spread spectrum technology has been widely used in reducing switching noise,but there is no research on applying chaotic spread spectrum to noise suppression of active clamp flyback(ACF) converter.Based on the common mode interference circuit model of the ACF converter,the causes of the common mode conducted interference is analyzed.The chaotic circuit is designed according to Chua’s system.The simulation and circuit experimental results verify the accuracy of the design parameters.Power supply stability as well as common mode conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI) are tested on the ACF converter.The experimental results show that the chaotic spread spectrum modulation method can drive pulse width modulation(PWM) signal to be continuous in the spectrum,thereby reducing the spectrum peak at the switching frequency and its multiplication.The linear impedance stabilization network(LISN) is used to obtain the common mode noise,and the conducted interference test curves under the fixed frequency and chaotic spread spectrum conditions are compared respectively,and it can be seen that the chaotic spread spectrum can effectively suppress the common mode conducted EMI.
