摘　　要：某企业800万吨/年常减压装置主要加工中东高硫原油,运行期间常压塔顶系统换热器管束和板片频繁出现腐蚀失效泄漏,影响装置的生产运行。在该部位应用了一台钛材高效缠绕管式换热器,投运后通过控制常顶负荷、增加连续注水、调整助剂、增上处理流程和pH值在线监控等优化措施,设备的运行寿命可从2.5年延长至6年以上,实现长周期运行。The atmospheric and vacuum unit with capacity of 8 million tons/year in a refnery mainly processes the high-sulfur crude oil from the Middle East. The atmospheric distillation unit frequently sufered from corrosion and leakage on the tube bundles and plates of its overhead heat exchanger, which afected the operation of the unit.A titanium high-efciency winding tube heat exchanger was added on top of the atmospheric distillation unit. After being put into operation, the operation of the newly-added heat exchanger was improved by controlling top load of the atmospheric distillation unit, increasing continuous water injection, adjusting additives and adding treatment process and online monitoring of pH value. Its service life can be extended from 2.5 years to more than 6 years,realizing long-term operation.
