碳三加氢反应器新催化剂运行情况分析及探讨

摘  要:乙烯装置碳三加氢反应器使用某研究院钯系催化剂,2021年1月更换新催化剂后,装置出现反应器床层温度径向分布不均,出口MAPD含量高、选择性差,运行初期催化剂活性高等问题。通过对反应器入口温度、压力及稀释量等相关工艺参数进行优化,相关指标仍不能满足技术要求。经分析新催化剂投用初期活性高,副反应较多导致催化剂表面结焦失活;将反应器切出、催化剂再生后投用,相关指标满足技术要求,成功解决了碳三加氢反应器新催化剂投用效果差问题。The palladium catalyst of SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry is used for C3hydrogenation reactor of the ethylene unit. After the new catalyst was replaced and put into operation in January 2021, the reactor had probleoms such as uneven radial temperature distribution, high MAPD content at the outlet,poor selectivity and initial high catalyst activity. After optimization of the relevant process parameters such as the inlet temperature, pressure and dilution amount in the C3hydrogenation reactor, the relevant indicators of the reactor still failed to meet the technical requirements. The investigation showed that the high activity of new catalyst at the initial stage of operation, and the more side reactions caused the surface coking and deactivation of the catalyst,which severely inhibited the catalyst performance. After switching of the reactor and regenerating the catalyst, the relevant indicators of the reactor with the regenerated catalyst can meet the technical requirements. The problem in the new catalyst performance in C3hydrogenation reactor has been successfully solved.
