摘  要:该文介绍了CS-2-G催化剂物性及混合配制情况,将混配高效催化剂的活性、装置运行状况、物耗、能耗、氢调敏感性及熔体流动速率可调性与进口催化剂进行了对比。分析了用混配CS-2-G催化剂生产的PP粒径分布和产品质量。结果表明:混配CS-2-G催化剂比进口催化剂活性高0.45%,装置运行稳定,产品主要性能指标达到单独使用进口催化剂生产产品的水平,能够适用生产均聚和抗冲共聚PP产品。In the SPHERIZONE gas-phase polypropylene(PP) plant, the imported catalyst ZN118 was replaced by the imported catalyst CS-2-G. The physical properties and mixed preparation of CS-2-G catalyst were introduced.The activity, plant operation, material consumption, energy consumption, hydrogen regulation sensitivity and melt fow rate adjustability of the high efciency catalyst were compared with those of imported catalyst. The particle size distribution and product quality of PP produced by mixing CS-2-G catalyst were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of the CS-2-G catalyst was 0.45% higher than that of the imported catalyst, and the operation of the plant was stable. The main performance indexes of the product reached the level of the product produced by the imported catalyst alone, and it was suitable for the production of homopolymerization and impact copolymerization PP products.
