摘 要:该文针对长周期运行过程中,碳八抽提苯乙烯装置萃取精馏塔抽余油中苯乙烯含量高导致苯乙烯损失大的问题,从该塔进料组成、溶剂质量、塔压、再沸器加热效果、进料位置等方面进行原因分析。通过对萃取系统采取乙苯清洗、改变进料位置、增加萃取精馏塔釜再沸器、提升溶剂质量、优化工艺操作等措施,达到降低抽余油中苯乙烯损失,提高苯乙烯产量目的。In view of the serious loss of the excessive styrene content in the rafnate oil of the C8’s styrene extraction unit, the causes were analyzed from the aspects of the feed composition, solvent quality, column pressure, the heating efect of the reboiler, and the feed position of the column. Through ethylbenzene cleaning of the extraction system, changing the feeding position, adding the reboiler of the extraction distillation tower kettle,improving the solvent quality, optimizing the process operation and other measures during the maintenance, the purpose of reducing the styrene loss in the rafnate oil and increasing the styrene output was achieved.
