摘 要:在某常减压装置缺少流程模拟优化系统前提下,通过人为分析装置换热网络运行状况,找出热量利用存在的弊端,以人工整定经验为依据,调整多股冷、热介质流量,增加装置高温位物流取热比例,优化常压塔各相关侧线的工艺运行条件,实现对常减压装置换热终温的优化调整,解决了装置能耗居高不下的问题。在不改变装置原有设计方案及流程的条件下,在线完成了装置提质增效目标。为没有流程模拟优化系统的常减压装置,提供了一种生产优化的调整思路及解决方案。In a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit without process simulation, human analysis is used to check the operation of the heat exchange network of the unit to fnd out the drawbacks of heat utilization during the operation. Based on the experience of artifcial setting, the fow rates of cold and hot media in several streams were adjusted, the heat taking proportion from high-temp streams was increased, and the process operation conditions at the sidelines of atmospheric distillation unit were optimized. Thus the fnal temperature of the heat exchange in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was optimized and the problem of high energy consumption of the unit was solved. The online efciency upgrading for the unit was achieved without changing the original design process. It provides a solution to optimize the operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit without process simulation.
