摘  要:以端羟基氢化聚丁二烯(P2000)、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)合成了2种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对PUA进行了表征。以PUA为主要成膜物,加入活性稀释剂和光引发剂制备了光固化可剥离涂料,研究了涂料的力学性能、双键转化率、可剥离性等。结果表明:所制备的光固化涂料双键转化率超过80%,拉伸强度达15 MPa,断裂伸长率可达190%,180°剥离强度低于2.7 N/cm,具有优异的机械性能和剥离性能。In this paper,two kinds of polyurethane acrylate(PUA)were synthesized by hydroxyl-terminated hydrogenated polybutadiene(P2000),4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA).The prepared PUA was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Then,UV-cured peelable coatings was prepared using PUA as film-forming material combined with active diluent and photoinitiator.The mechanical properties,double bond conversion rate,peelability and decontamination performance of the coating were characterized.The results showed that the double bond conversion rate of the prepared UV-curable coating was over 80%,the tensile strength was 15 MPa,the elongation at break was 190%,and the 180°peeling strength is less than 2.7 N/cm,showing excellent mechanical and peeling properties.
