摘 要:为提高镜铁矿基氧化铁红在水中的分散性,采用聚丙烯酸及其盐对氧化铁红进行表面改性,考察了改性剂种类和用量、处理温度和时间对表面处理的影响。结果表明:使用聚丙烯酸为改性剂的效果较好,当其用量为5.6%,在80℃处理45 min,得到的氧化铁红水悬浮液的沉降时间由处理前的0.63 h延长到32.52 h,粒径D50由1.87μm细化为1.10μm。本方法可解决镜铁矿基氧化铁红在水中易聚沉、分散不均等问题。In order to improve the dispersion of iron oxide red based on mirror iron ore in water,polyacrylic acid and its salts were used to modify the surface of iron oxide red,and the effects of modifier type and dosage,treatment temperature and time on surface treatment were investigated.The results showed that the use of polyacrylic acid as modifier had a good effect,when the dosage was 5.6%and iron oxide red was modified at 80℃for 45 min,the sedimentation time of the obtained iron oxide red water suspension was extended from 0.63 h to 32.52 h,and the particle size D50 was refined from 1.87μm to 1.10μm.This method could solve the problems of easy accumulation,precipitation and uneven dispersion of iron oxide red based on mirrored iron ore in water.
