摘 要:目前LED光聚合体系所用的光引发剂大多是多组分光引发体系,只有少数是单组分光可裂解型光引发剂体系。光可裂解型光引发剂具有机理简单、引发速率快、应用便利等众多优势。但多数工业上常用的可裂解光引发剂在LED光源下光吸收效率较差,必须红移它们的吸收波长达到与LED适配的效果。因此,研发新型的光可裂解LED敏感的光引发剂是光聚合领域迫切的需求。其中,鎓盐类和肟酯类光引发剂,由于其优异的光化学物理性质成为了研究的热点,本文综述了这两类光引发剂的研究进展,以期为更优异的光引发剂的设计提供有价值的启示。At present,most of the photoinitiators used in LED photopolymerization systems were multicomponent photoinitiators,and only a few works involved single component photolytic photoinitiators.Photocleavable photoinitiators had many advantages such as simple mechanism,fast initiation rate and convenient application.However,most of the commonly used cleavable photoinitiators in industry had poor light absorption efficiency under LED emission,and their absorption wavelength must be red shifted to adapt to the LED light sources.Therefore,it was an urgent need in the field of photopolymerization to develop new photoinitiators sensitive to LEDs.Among them,onium salts and oxime esters typed photoinitiators had become research hotspots because of their excellent photochemical and physical properties.This paper made a brief review for the research progress of the two types of photoinitiators,in order to provide some valuable inspiration for the design of more excellent photoinitiators.
